DESCRIPTION:On June 26th-29th\, 2023\, Zion Hill AME Zion Church had an awesome youth STEAM summer camp. Students were taught how to create their own Roblox games\, game flyers in Canva\, and played a fun outdoor scavenger hunt game activity. This allowed students to tap into their imaginations to design and develop virtual worlds and learn to work in teams to solve clues and complete challenges\, promoting teamwork and outdoor exploration. Overall\, the camp provided a well-rounded experience that combined digital creativity\, outdoor fun\, teamwork\, and creative expression\, which left the students very well pleased.

By the end of the training program\, seniors expressed increased confidence and proficiency in using digital tools. They could navigate websites with ease\, access information independently\, and communicate effectively through professional email accounts. Participants also appreciated the social aspect of the classes\, connecting with peers and forming a supportive learning community. Overall\, the training class was a valuable opportunity for seniors to embrace technology\, enhance their digital literacy skills\, and stay connected in today’s digital age.
